betteryou is a Zurich-based coaching practice for sustainable body transformation — built on evidence, not shortcuts. When they decided to create their first community piece, the brief was clear: something people would actually wear on a Saturday.

This was betteryou's first piece of merch. So the questions came early: where would it actually be worn? How should it feel in everyday use? Would it still make sense beyond the first moment?
The alignment was there from the start. No flashy concepts, no overthinking. Just a shared understanding of what made sense.
The result: a 270gsm heavyweight T-shirt with "Big Goals, Big Plates" screen-printed on the back — betteryou's philosophy in four words. On the front, a small handwritten "betteryou" detail on the chest. Created as a thank-you to the community.
