ATHLETIC THERAPY is a Zurich-based movement and wellness brand founded by Rahel. Built around breath, movement, and massage — and a community that lives by it. The goal: create something her community would actually choose to wear on their own time.

The Project
Merch that reflects a community.
The brief started with one question: what would her community wear on their own — outside of class, outside of context? That shaped everything. The fabric weight, the placement of the print, the decision to keep the front clean and put the message on the back.
The first drop, "The Natural High," became something nobody predicted: people spotted it at events, asked about it on the street, bought it without knowing the brand. The design did the talking. The longsleeve followed with its own theme — inner waters. Custom sport socks in two colorways rounded out the collection.
